I figured I’d save everyone a sweaty selfie, and share this little pic I made instead. I finished Day 3 of the 2 week shred #chloetingchallenge 🥵 . I think it’s important to mention the only exercise I’ve done the last 4 months has been going on walks and using a step machine, since my gym is closed. So, needless to say these little HIIT workouts are a struggle, but each day I’ve noticed improvements. That’s the big win. ❤️ I even look forward to doing them each morning now. If you were in a quarantine fog/depression like moi, I definitely recommend giving it a go. It’s only 2 weeks, and that flies by. My energy and mood have shifted to a better place where I don’t feel like I’m faking it to make it daily. I’m glad this randomly popped up on my YouTube so I could get my tuchus in gear again.
