Pre covid-19 I was disciplined, showing up to the gym 4 days a week at 4:30 am and living a very routine lifestyle. Getting back into my early morning routine was a strugggleeeee....... to say the least lol. Being on time is a hassle in all aspects of my life, but nothing makes me feel better than getting an early morning sweat session before a veryyyy active day chasing 11 preschoolers around! 😅😅
But to sum it all up, although things might be hard at first the only way to create a habit is by doing. So I’ve forced myself out of bed before 5 am for the past three weeks and this morning I finally decided that it was easier 😂 keep pushing for those goals!
