Cheesing realllll hard cause it’s humppppp day! 🐫 Question time: What time do you train?! Pre covid-19 I was disciplined, showing up to the gym 4 days a week at 4:30 am and living a very routine lifestyle. Getting back into my early morning routine was a strugggleeeee....... to say the least lol. Being on time is a hassle in all aspects of my life, but nothing makes me feel better than getting an early morning sweat session before a veryyyy active day chasing 11 preschoolers around! 😅😅 But to sum it all up, although things might be hard at first the only way to create a habit is by doing. I’m a morning person so I used to get my workouts in at 5:30am. Now my hubby and I have a home gym and he can’t wake up to save his life 😂 SO we do evening workouts but I wake up early to get everything else done!
