Here's a solid warm-up routine that takes less than 10 mins to do, and will work well for a variety of workout types, in particular, strength and power training but ALSO would work very well pre running. Interestingly some studies have shown plyometric warm-ups pre run significantly improve running economy. . Why include plyometric or 'explosive' movements into a warm-up? . Fire up your nervous system - in other words 'prime' the brain and body for the high level of effort to come. By using basic explosive movements sparingly before training you are getting the 🧠 and body ready to go! . Be safe. These are just suggested exercises and they cover our 4 main movement patterns which are: . Squat - Box Jump Push - Box Plyo Press-Ups Pull - Ball Slams Hip Hinge - Broad Jumps . ADVANCED ABS WORKOUT! The Advanced Version of abs workout is here guys!! This is a killer workout and will really work up your abdominals making them stronger. I know this is a bit hard but you're gonna love your abs when you are done with this routine. You can either do the 7 exercises as a combined set repeating it 4 times taking 5-10 seconds rest in between excercises and 15-20 seconds rest in between each set or you can break it down to 3 exercises in one set and 4 in the other repeating each set 4 times. The workout consists of the following exercises - 1️⃣ - Leg raises (10 ) 2️⃣ - Plank hold and knee to chest (15 ) 3️⃣ - Plank Taps (25 ) 4️⃣ - Bent knee Jack Knives (10 ) 5️⃣ - Advanced knee up Crunches (10 ) 6️⃣ - Side Plank dips with crunch - Left (10 ) 7️⃣ - Side Plank dips with crunch - Right (10 ) If this is too hard for you, you can move onto the easier workout routine on my page. Последние пару месяцев мои беговые объемы ниже, чем обычно. Если в среднем я бегала около 300 км в месяц, то сейчас хорошо, если 200 получается. Началось все с протестов. Около месяца я не помню как бегала, жила, спала, ела и вобще существовала. Переезд в Киев ситуацию поправил, но сохранить объемы в новом городе не просто. Киев оказался слишком холмистый, что бы бегать из центра по окрестностям. Можно конечно наматывать круги по велотреку, но я так не люблю. Приняла решение снижать объемы и умирать на горках. ⠀ Научилась встраивать бег в свою жизнь и менять программу исходя из жизненных обстоятельств, а не наоборот. Раньше сильно переживалась, если не получалось побегать и сохранить объём. Больше так не делаю. В любом случае организм даст знать о превышении нагрузки болезнью или травмами. Это неизбежно. ⠀ А как у тебя?
