Back TRANFORMATION (Before 🆚 after LOCKDOWN ) ✈️ - I always complained about training outside and stuff, but I’m thankful that I did it.. no excuses and train till you cant no more. Dont just REACH your limits, break em’‼️ Some people told me that my physique would change massively after lockdown, and it did! Who doesn’t love a pudding? Especially a chocolate one? Here’s a dessert that I can have that is macro friendly to my way of eating- #lowfat , #lowcarb , #sugarfree and #dairyfree . I can whip this up in under 5 minutes a leave it in my oven and get on with my day. Have a go and let me know how it turns out. Makes 2 servings Per serving: 120 cals 14g protein 3.8g net carbs 4.4g fat Ingredients: -1 medium egg -150ml egg white -50ml almond milk -15g unsweetened cocoa powder -5g-10g gelatine powder (depending on its gelling strength ) -5ml vanilla extract -pinch of salt -stevia to sweeten Method: -preheat oven to 140 deg.C -mix all the ingredients in a blender -pour the mixture in an ovenproof bowl, cover with foil and set in a pan of water. -bake for 1 hour -let it cool in the fridge to allow the pudding to set properly Enjoy!!!! 🌻 UNPLANNED REST-DAYS 🌻 It’s legday today! Very excited to train. Was supposed to train yesterday after work but the minute I got home I jumped into bed and was asleep till 8pm. Woke up very much in my head and felt awful. I also felt like my energy was drained so I decided to not train. The very thin line between making excuses and listening to you body! I woke up a lot more energized and also a bit better mentally. Moral of the story: when your body tells you to rest PLEASE rest! Eventually you will feel the difference between making an excuse and legit needing some decent sleep/rest. Hopefully you will smash your day, I know I will! ❤️

💕 C O U P L E G O A L S 💕 Storytime: Meet my dear boyfriend 👩‍❤️‍👨 His name is Brian and we've been together for a little over a year now, but we only see each other over the weekend. We met on Bumble by pure happenstance and hit it off straight away and that became even clearer when we finally met each other ☺ He's actually in the military, so he stays on the army base during the week. We also don't live close to each other, so we go to each other's house every other weekend 😇 I've changed so much since I met him (in a good way ) and he's there for me every step of the way 🤗 he supports me endlessly and loves me unconditionally 💕 He's my greatest motivator, my biggest fan, my inspiration, my fav cuddlebuddy, and my all time ride or die 💙 But anyway, last weekend we checked out a gym that's close to where he lives and it was such a cool one! Loads of new equipment and a bad ass aesthetic 😍 (So instagramable 😅 ) This is going to be a workout spot for us on the weekends that we're at his place. Hoping to record some cute couple workouts ☺

The only day of the week I have trouble sleeping is Sunday’s because I just get way too hyped for the work week! 😄 “Why?” Because come Monday I get to communicate with my team that I love! ♥️ I get to meet new homeowners throughout the week and build new relationships! 📈 I get to challenge myself by overcoming new obstacles that come our way! 🚧 I get to grow and push myself with each calendar 📆 day! Overall... I get to do what I love! 💥Love what you do and never work a day in your life! 🪐 Not only that but when you do what you love it shows in your work! Could you imagine how great customer service would be every where we go if everyone loved their job?!? 🌎Even if your working a job that you don’t necessarily love but you know you have to work it. If you change your mentally and perspective then your job will only get better! You will move up the chain faster! You will produce much better work! The work day will go by faster! New doors will open! ✨Your attitude is everything and maybe the one thing that’s been holding you back! ☄️ If your going to do something set out to be the best! When I use to delivery pizza 🍕 I always had to be the fastest driver and I’d change my door pitch every time until I was receiving maximum tip! 🏎 What I found out at each door was the greatest ROI (Return On Investment ) was my smile! 🤗 A smile is infectious by nature and is the simplest thing you can do to get the desired results! 💭 Smile! We are alive today! 😁

Weightlifting total 🏋️‍♀️🏋️‍♀️🏋️‍♀️ Après 12 semaines de la Barbe’L weightlifting , petite séance max pour voir si le travail a porté ses fruits . Pas de PR cette fois ci mais le retour de bonnes sensations 🔥🔥🔥. Retour du snatch à 115 kg 😍, barre de retour après 2 ans d’absence . Et barre à 135 kg au clean and jerk , 140 kg clean mais no jerk . Le travail fut long pour « juste » retrouver des anciennes barres mais il n’y pas de formules magiques ou encore moins de progr magiques . Ceux qui vous persuadent de ça sont des menteurs 😇. THIS YEAR I: - Left my successful face to face personal training business I built over almost 6 years to Move to Sydney. - Grew my online coaching business. - Prioritised my own training for the first time in a long time. - Had way more chill time than I have since starting in this industry 6 years ago. - stepped wayyyyy outside my comfort zone. - Found a new gym to train at that I absolutely love and lights my fire. - Failed a lot. - Cried a lot when things didn’t go my way. - Didn’t give up. - Spoke to more strangers than ever. - Registered to compete in my first 3 lift powerlifting meet. - Put a deposit on a puppy which I’m eagerly waiting for. - Made new friends. - prioritised my mental health. I’m sure there will be more good and more bad to come this year, that’s life. What matters is how you choose to react and deal with the bad things that happen. It’s also important to be grateful for the good things that happen and not take them for granted. Although 2020 has been one strange year, it’s turning out to be one of the best ever 🙌🏽🙏🏽.
