Dünkü postumda kombucha tarifini vermiştim, içerisine koyduğumuz 1,5 su bardağı (yaklaşık 250 gr ) şeker 🚫 bazı takipçilerimizin dikkatini çekmiş ve bu kadar şekerli bir ürün nasıl sağlıklı olabilir endişesine düşmüşler😊 Gelin hep birlikte bakalım, bunca şekere ne oluyor? Herhangi bir tip fermantasyonun olabilmesi için şekere ihtiyacımız olduğu muhakkak, yoğurt mayalanırken süt içerisindeki şekeri kullanır mesela, ev yapımı likör veya sirke meyve şekerini kullanır gibi. Bu durum Kombucha için de aynı, kültür/ana/mantardaki maya hücreleri, içinde bulunduğu şeker ve çayla beslenir. Buongiorno a tutti☀️ Ieri sera avevo tempo e ho voluto sperimentare una ricetta un po' meno easy del solito, ma comunque non così complicata, anzi.. I TACOS MESSICANI🌮 ➡️Per i tacos ho mischiato 60gr di farina di farro, 70gr di farina d'avena e 70gr di farina di mais con 100ml di acqua e un pizzico di sale. Dopo aver mischiato tutto con una forchetta ho iniziato ad impastare fino ad ottenere un panetto omogeneo che ho lasciato riposare per una mezz'oretta. Ho poi iniziato a dividerlo in palline che ho steso col mattarello per avere una forma ovale. L'impasto deve risultare un po' duro, perché andrà poi messo a cavallo della griglia all'interno del forno.. È proprio questo che gli conferisce questa forma particolare. Questi nella foto sono venuti un po' più larghi del solito, ovviamente in base a come li posizionerete sulla griglia gli darete l'ampiezza che desiderate. Una ventina di minuti nel forno statico a 180° e sono pronti. Per il ripieno ho saltato in padella dei pomodorini tagliati a pezzetti a cui ho poi aggiunto dopo un quarto d'ora delle lenticchie frullate.. Ho fatto cuocere un altro pochino e poi a cottura ultimata ci ho unito la salsa thai.. E a voi piacciono i tacos? Baba Ghanouj taken to the next level. 😍 There is nothing more mouthwatering than baba ghanouj. This here is baba ghanouj at its absolute best. Teta used to make this drool-worthy dip a little different and today it came to mind and we went for it. Eggplant charred and cooked to perfection then minced into a paste and combined with roasted garlic, fresh pomegranate arils, pomegranate molasses, extra virgin olive oil and chopped walnuts to make this fabulous dip that can be served next to just about anything! We served ours today with fried fish and a lovely fattouch salad, it was a dinner to remember. Teta used to make it with fried eggplants, and would usually also add tomatoes, bellpeppers, and chili peppers. Ein paar Gedanken zum Thema GESUNDE ERNÄHRUNG. 🍋 Ich habe mich vor rund 10 Jahren dazu entschieden meine Ernährung auf überwiegend pflanzliche Kost umzustellen und mich dabei möglichst gesund zu ernähren. 🥑 Oftmals ist es dann aber so, wenn du nach außen hin kommunizierst, dass du darauf achtest gesund zu essen, du immer wieder darauf angesprochen wirst, wenn du dann z.B. doch mal ein Stück Kuchen mit echtem Zucker isst. Dann höre ich oft „aber Zucker ist jetzt ja auch nicht gerade gesund“. 🙉 Das könnte ich jetzt noch für viele weitere Beispiele ausweiten, aber was ich eigentlich damit sagen will: Ich habe damals für mich beschlossen, dass ich vor allem zu Hause schaue, dass ich dort, wo ich es am meisten beeinflussen kann, wirklich auf gesunde Ernährung achte. 🍴 Wenn ich bei Freunden esse oder beispielsweise ins Restaurant gehe, dann gibt es eben auch mal einen fettigen veganen oder vegetarischen Burger mit noch fettigeren Süßkartoffelpommes. Das habe ich jetzt krass ausgedrückt, aber einfach zum Veranschaulichen. 🍔 Der Großteil meiner Ernährung ist sehr gesund, aber ich mache mir keine Gedanken, wenn es eben doch mal ein bisschen gesüßten Ketchup zu selbstgemachten Ofenkartoffeln gibt oder ich über mein gesundes Porridge am morgen ein Stück Zartbitterschokolade gebe. 🥣 Ernährung muss Spaß machen und es geht bestimmt nicht darum, dass man alles perfekt macht. 🥬 Ich gebe lieber ein nicht so perfektes Beispiel und die Realtität vor, statt dass das Ernährungsverhalten krankhaft wird, weil man plötzlich ganz viel Angst davor entwickelt, wenn in einem Kuchen etwas Weizenmehl enthalten ist oder man mal Kidneybohnen aus der Dose verwendet, statt sie ganz frisch zuzubereiten. 😉
