Check this quick chicken stew recipe Ingredients 5 chicken breasts 6 potatoes medium side peeled an diced 3 carrots diced 2 chillies 2 cans of peas Salt, pepper, food colorant Olive oil Veggie stock cube Garlic powder @saucy .mahi scorpion chili sauce (optional to make it more spicy ) Method 1. Heat the oil in a pan at high heat and add the chilies and carrots. Cook for a couple of min. 2. Add chicken pinch of salt and pepper, garlic powder and the scorpion sauce. Cook till chicken is golden. 3. Add potatoes and peas. Cover with water, addin bit more of salt and colorant. 4. Reduce fire to low and cook till the sauce has reduced and thickened. 5. Adjust salt and pepper. It’s a popular cooking ingredient that you can easily buy the ready made one at UK’s supermarkets, but actually it’s also not difficult to make your own blend at home with three key components: soy sauce, mirin, and sake. The ratio to mix soy sauce, mirin, and sake is 1:1:1. You can then add sugar, garlic, or ginger to suit your preference. I made this teriyaki rice bowl for less than 30 minutes, so this is definitely a winning recipe for a quick supper.⁠ ⁠ Ingredients:⁠ -Skinless salmon, cut into pieces.⁠ -Teriyaki sauce.⁠ ⁠ To make teriyaki sauce:⁠ -Use equal part of soy sauce, mirin, and sake. Etleri pişirmeden önce kremalı mantar sosunu hazırlamaya başlayın. Ben oldukça etli bir mantar türü olan Portabello mantarı kullandığım için küçük küçük ama kalın doğramayı tercih ettim. Çünkü ben yerken mantarın etsi yapısını da hissetmeyi seviyorum ☺️ Tavaya tereyağını koyup küçük küçük doğradığınız soğanları kavurmaya başlayın. Ardından unu ekleyin ve kavurmaya devam edin. ČEREŠŇOVÝ SEN 🍒 Božské rumové cesto, k tomu jemný vanilkový krém a chuť dotvárajú sladké čerešne. Spolu je to neskutočná dobrota 🤤 ✨ RECEPT ✨ Potrebujeme na cesto: 🍒 50g čokolády 🍒 50g masla 🍒 3 vajcia 🍒 100g kryštálového cukru 🍒 3 PL rumu 🍒 50g polohrubej múky 🍒 1 čokoládový puding 🍒 2 PL kakaa 🍒 1/2 balenia prášku do pečiva 🍒 2 PL vody Potrebujeme na krém: 🍒 550 ml mlieka 🍒 200 ml smotany na šľahanie 🍒 120g kryštálového cukru 🍒 2 vanilkové pudingy 🍒 20g kukuričného škrobu 🍒 2 vanilkové cukry 🍒 50g masla 🍒 300 ml smotany na šľahanie 🍒 1/2 balenia želatíny v prášku Potrebujeme na vrch: 🍒 200g čerešní z kompótu 🍒 1 balenie želatíny 🍒 2 PL kryštálového cukru 🍒 250 ml čerešňovej šťavy Postup: Najprv si pripravíme krém. Smotanu (200 ml ) zmiešame s mliekom, pridáme cukor, vanilkový puding, škrob, vanilkový cukor a uvaríme hustý puding, ktorý odstavíme a necháme vychladnúť. Do teplého pudingu pridáme maslo a miešaním ho rozpustíme. Do vychladnutého pudingu pridáme vyšľahanú šľahačku so želatínou (pripravíme podľa návodu ). Premiešame a odložíme do chladničky. Čokoládu rozpustíme s maslom a necháme vychladnúť. Žĺtky vyšľaháme s cukrom a rumom do peny, pridáme vychladnutú čokoládu a všetky ostatné suroviny na cesto. Do vymiešaného cesta jemne vmiešame vyšľahaný sneh z bielkov. Cesto vylejeme do formy 22x35 cm. Pečieme asi 10 minút pri 200°C. Cesto necháme vychladnúť. Na vychladnuté cesto natrieme krém a naň poukladáme čerešne, ktoré zalejeme želatínou, ktorú sme pripravili v čerešňovej šťave s cukrom. Koláč necháme stuhnúť. Sabe aquela BANANA 🍌 que está super madura e você não sabe qual receita fazer com ela?🤔 Então te dou essa sugestão: BOLO DE BANANA sem açúcar e super fácil de fazer!🙏🏼 Ingredientes: 2 bananas 2 ovos 1 xícara de aveia em flocos 1/2 xícara de uva passas (mesmo quem não gosta vai se surpreender com o resultado! ) 1 colher de sopa de azeite de abacate ou óleo vegetal Fermento caseiro (1/2 colher de chá de bicarbonato de sódio e 1/2 + 1/4 de colher de chá de vinagre de maçã ) Opcional: Chia, linhaça, Nutella saudável (você encontra essa receita na #receitasvsc ) Modo de preparo: Coloque todos os ingredientes, com exceção do fermento caseiro, no liquidificador e bata por 5 minutos. Depois, coloque a massa em um bowl e adicione os ingredientes opcionais seguidos pelo fermento, que deverá ser incrementado o na massa suavemente. Despeje em um forma de pão (pequena ), leve ao forno pré aquecido à 180°C por cerca de 35 minutos e está pronto!🙏🏼

Tomato, capsicum, boiled corns and paneer Do remember to cook the bread from only 1 side in the beginning as shown in the video. Put your white gravy sauce on the cooked side. What a day of eats look like to me before injury! . 🤕Injuries can happen anytime.. Unexpectedly. At first it’s normal to feel defeated and demotivated especially if you get it when you just start a specific plan such as bulking/cutting/shredding/toning etc. My injury occurred exactly the day after I decided to cut calories and lose weight. I have been waiting for this moment for 2 years. 😑🔫 I felt sooo frustrated but now I try to educate myself about my injury and getting stronger. Because I am no longer as active, cutting 15% of my calories is only helping me maintain my weight at the moment (only lost 5 pounds and maintaining now ). Which is not a big deal for me! I can cut more to lose weight while I am inactive but is that really necessary? I don’t think so.. . 🙏🏻Please take your time to heal and don’t feel demotivated! In Turkey we have a saying “ Life is what happens to you while you are making plans”. We will always have obstacles and we can act accordingly, with same positivity and motivation. . 🥑BREAKFAST: Overnight oats with sunny side up eggs, chicken sausage, cherry tomatoes, yellow bell pepper, olives and avocado. 🍌SNACK 1: Banana with creamy peanut butter, chocolate chips and freeze dried raspberries on top. 🥕LUNCH: Nourish bowl; brown rice, turkey burger patty, steamed broccoli, red cabbage, carrots and homemade lemon garlic tahini dressing. 🍅SNACK 2: Paleo toast with goat cheese, cherry tomatoes, fresh basil, pistachios and black sesame seeds. 🥦DINNER: Butternut squash soup/base, wild rice, steamed broccoli and baked wild salmon. 🥜SNACK 3: Nut mix and chocolate chips. . 🙅🏻‍♀️If you have an injury or anything else that is stopping you for some reason, don’t let it stop you mentally! . ❤️Have a wonderful day. Как бы то ни было даже самые рьяные поборники ЗОЖ все равно где то в глубине души мечтают о фаствуде. Ну не возможно ненавидеть такую еду. Конечно не каждый день, но хоть раз в месяц можно себе позволить. Тем более в моем сэндвиче вообще нет ничего вредного - много овощей, никакого майонеза, никаких жареных котлет, а хрустящая свежая чиабатта вообще, так говорят, полезна для иммунитета! В прошлом посте я рассказывала как запечь мясной хлеб с орехам и клюквой. Вот именно он и станет главным героем нашего супер полезного сэндвича. Понадобится 🌸 1 большая чиабатта 🌸 горчица - столовая ложка 🌸 клюквенный соус - 3 столовые ложки 🌸 красный лук - 1 шт 🌸 крупный помидор - 1 шт 🌸 листья салата 🌸 ломтики сыра - 6 шт Разрезаем чиабатту пополам. При желании можно подогреть в духовке или микроволновке. На нижний ломтик кладём красный лук, сыр, сыр смазываем горчицей, сверху укладываем слой из толсто порезанных ломтей мясного хлеба. Поливаем клюквенным соусом. Выкладываем слой порезанных помидор и в завершении кладём листья салата. Накрываем второй половинкой чиабатты. Сэндвич получается очень внушительный, один человек его конечно не осилит. Это так сказать семейный размер, поэтому при подачи на стол разрезаем его на несколько частей и вставляем шпажки для удобства. Приятного аппетита!
