Whether you're looking to build muscle or lose fat, what you do in the gym shouldn't differ. In the gym, you should always be training to build muscle, get stronger and move better. Your body fat levels will regulate due to how many calories you consume over a period of time If you want to build muscle and/or put on weight, consume the same or more calories than your body burns. To lose body fat, consistently consume less calories than your body burns. Keep protein high as this preserves/helps build lean muscle. Aim to get stronger on all major movements. Vertical push/pull. Horizontal push/pull. Squat/Lunge. Hip hinge, and over time, with hard work and patience, your body will begin to go through anatomical changes. Cardio is effective at burning calories and helps with recovery, so do cardio if you enjoy it, and if you need to get rid of a bunch of calories, but don't assume you HAVE to do it in order to burn fat. Yes, to a certain degree, cardio will burn body fat as fuel (depending on the intensity ) but it won't make a difference to overall body fat levels if you're in a consistent calorie surplus. As I keep saying, overall body fat levels boil down to overall energy (calorie ) balance. Do cardio at the end of your weight training routine or on a different day completely. If you don't enjoy cardio, then just make sure you're moving throughout the day (NEAT ) or go for a few walks throughout the week. For the people (especially men and beginners ) that are always focused that hard on training their biceps at the gym only to make their arms bigger, let me wake you up. 💯 The opposite muscle of the biceps, which is the triceps, is often overlooked. That's a shame because they make up about 2/3 of the entire upperarm! So a bigger triceps actually benefits your arm size more dan bigger biceps. This is because the triceps is a big 3-headed muscle group and the biceps a smaller 2-headed one. So let me say this in a simple way, when you're lifting weights to let grow your arms bigger, try to also focus a lot on your triceps, the best way to train this muscle group is with compound exercises. In this video I was trying so hard to not show that my arms literally were dying inside at that moment, but I failed 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

Buradaki amaç kalp damar tıkanıklığı için yüksek risk taşıyan bireylerin saptanması ve bu kişilerdeki ilk veya tekrarlayan kalp damar tıkanıklıklarının önlenmesidir. Kalp ve damar hastalıkları birden fazla faktöre bağlı hastalıklardır. Bugün için kalp ve damar hastalıkları riskini artırdığı bilinen ve her toplumda etkin olduğu kabul edilen risk faktörleri vardır. Sigara içmemenin, sağlıklı beslenmenin, şişmanlamamanın, düzenli egzersiz yapmanın (en az günde yarım saat, haftada beş gün ), normal şeker metabolizmasının ve aşırı stresten uzak durmanın kalp ve damar sağlığını korumak açısından önemi bilinmektedir. Kalp ve damar hastalıkları ile ilgili risk faktörleri arasında yaş, cinsiyet, genetik ve etnik etkenler “değiştirilemez etkenler” grubuna girerken; sigara, sağlıksız beslenme alışkanlıkları, aşırı alkol, oturgan (sedanter ) yaşam, şişmanlık, kan yağlarının yüksekliği, kan basıncı yüksekliği ve kan şekeri yüksekliği “düzeltilebilir risk faktörleri” olarak ayrılabilir. Özellikle düzeltilebilir risk faktörleri kalp ve damar hastalıklarıının önlenmesi stratejilerinin temelini oluşturur.
