🙏 Gracias a Dios ya estoy de vuelta después de un tiempo fuera, sin entrenar dominadas. . Desde que comenzó la pandemia no entrenaba dominadas, fueron 6 meses y medio sin entrenar pull ups, y sinceramente la vuelta no pudo ser mejor para mi. Antes del Covid arrastraba dolor en el tendón del pectoral izquierdo y gracias a Dios ahora molesta nada en Dominadas, y en Push Ups tampoco, aunque estoy entrenando sin apuro y con bajisima intensidad empuje, ese es el estímulo preciso que ahora mismo me ayuda a seguir recuperandome. . Bastante trabajo inteligente tuve que hacer todo este tiempo para poder decir IAM BACK! 👍 Estoy desentrenado, pero con mi gran objetivo más claro que nunca. It seems like the fighter pull up program is too much frequency/volume for me, had to take a week off again because of elbow soreness so now I'm going back to the program I used to get from 1 to 5 pull ups (made by Jeremy Ethier ). Twice a week Pull ups: 2 sets amrap (5,4 ) Scapular Pull-Ups: 3 sets of 10-15 reps (15,15,15 ) Banded Pull-Ups: 3 sets of 6-12 reps (8,5,5 ) Kneeling Lat Pulldowns: 3 sets of 10-15 reps (15,10,10, 1st set was with lighter band ) Inverted Row: 3 sets of 8-12 reps (LOWER ANGLE OVERTIME ) (8,8,5 ) Pull-Up Negatives: 2-3 sets (WORK UP TO 30S DESCENT ) forgot to do this one today #pullups #pullup #training #gymnasticrings #workout #calisthenics #fitness #fitnesslife #fitnessmotivation #fitnessjourney #fitnessgoals

// Try this for lat activation //👇🏼 ❌ Save this post & tag a gym buddy! 1️⃣ Sit or stand at a high cable, and keep the weight fairly light. 2️⃣ Pull the weight straight down and focus on only using your lat muscle to move the weight. 3️⃣ When you stop at your leg, you’re then going to pull the weight back to your hip, and squeeze your lat as hard as you can. Feeling stronger than ever! Mobility and stretching work is paying off big time. I’ve never felt this good in my body. I’ll never stop trying to be better than I was yesterday. I spent a long time stagnated and lazy. I saw where it got me and who I was and I never want to be that again. Still working on shedding old skin, though. I now run into weaknesses and no longer think they define me. All they do is provide a new goal for growth, whether they’re internal or external, physical or otherwise. Always learn. Pull ups 🥰❤️ mi mejor marca siempre había sido 11 pull ups🥺 hoy vamos en 14 🥳😱 (la 15 no la cuento porque no alcancé a pasar la barbilla pero falta poquito )❤️. La verdad yo era la típica niña freestyle que odiaba las reps hasta que me hicieron entender que son la base de la calistenia y con un poquito de odio las entrenaba🙃 por qué? Porque siempre he sido más débil para las reps y el freestyle me salía fácil entonces no salía de mi zona de confort! Veía a otras personas con muchas reps y pensaba que yo era débil 😟 y sé que muchas de uds que ven mi ig creen que yo partí con mucha fuerza siendo que al principio yo no podía ni subir un pull up😬 pero me atreví a salir de mi zona de confort! Y si bien no entreno planificadamente reps, las intento incluir en mis entrenamientos❤️🥺 entonces ¿A que voy? A que todo es un proceso, es ir paso a paso, no importa si tienes media pull up, si solo la puedes subir con elástico, lo importante es que COMIENCES! For the first time since Chase has moved, we have finally met back up for a workout! Here is our recreation of our first post! We hit pull day and some NICE PR’s!! Did 142.9/315lbsX3X4 deadstop backoff sets @ RPE 7 after this that I didn’t care to record. • VID2: 90.7/200lbsX1 2:1:0 tempo bench top single @ RPE 8.5 // First time ever pausing this weight, let alone tempo’ing it. My bench is stronger now than it was when I weighed roughly 78.5kg/173lbs. I’m excited to see what my bench max will be in a couple weeks.

Who’s this??? Barbell cycling @40kg , it’s slow buuut I’m really happy, not managed it before at this weight☺️ squeezed in 2 @42 .5kg too 🥳 . I am a heavily curious person. I try new things. All the time. Everyday. I love adversity more than I love success. I don’t dwell on my shortcomings. I honor them.
