Asparagus Stuffed Chicken Breast will change the way you eat chicken 🙌🏻 easy! 4 Skinless boneless chicken breasts about 1 1/2 lb. 1 Tsp Italian seasoning mix 1 Tsp Garlic Powder 1 Tsp Smoked Paprika Sea salt and pepper 12 Asparagus stalks end trimmed 1 oz Tomatoes chopped up 4 slices Mozzarella Cheese (I also like to use Swiss ) 1 Tbsp Olive Oil Instructions Preheat your oven to 400 F. Place the chicken on a clean chopping board and sprinkle with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper. Start cutting each one lengthwise to create the pockets. Be careful not to cut all the way through. Add 3 stalks of asparagus and a couple of pieces of tomatoes to a mozzarella slice, then roll it to hold them inside. Stuff the chicken breasts with it. Close the pocket with a toothpick. Heat oil in skillet. Add in the chicken and sear it until nicely golden brown, about 3-5 minutes per side. Shape ground chicken into nuggets and freeze for approximately 1 hour (this will make it easier to bread them )⁠ 2. Mix together pork rinds, parmesan cheese, cayenne, salt, pepper, garlic and 21 seasoning in a small bowl⁠ 3. In another bowl, mix together eggs and red hot sauce⁠ 4. Winter squash can be pretty high carb, but thankfully pumpkin is on the lower end of the scale. Per cup of cooked pumpkin there are about 12g of carbs, which means it can be easily incorporated into cakes and muffins without blowing up your carb count for the day..... unless you eat a whole cake by yourself, which I have been known to do 🤣⁠ ⁠ I swore I would never be a pumpkin spice latte girl emerging from my home in flannel and a han solo vest when Fall came around... I'm still not 😁 but I do love some Fall baked goodies. Enter, the first recipe of the season.⁠ ⁠ KETO PUMPKIN BREAD!⁠ ⁠ I have to say this looks pretty fantastic, but it could use a touch more pumpkin flavor and spice (for me, personally ) so in a couple of days I am going to redo this recipe and post an update. C'est la vie. ⁠ ⁠ I still put the recipe in the comments and have posted the picture because it really did look delicious, because some of you might like to tweak the recipe on your own. (I'm a big fan of doing that. )⁠ ⁠ Also this recipe has a happy ending. The cream cheese frosting I made after I took this photo really rescued it and has inspired me to take this bread and make it into keto cake balls with a white chocolate coating, which I will obviously post later as I continue down this seasonal rabbit hole. ⁠

Chicken salad chaffle sandwich🔥 _ Follow @cleaneatfeed 📷 Photo & Recipe: @keto_yanni I make the chicken salad using the canned chicken breast from @costco . Drain the chicken and add it to a bowl with a LITTLE yellow mustard and enough mayo to get it to the consistency you like. Mix in some chopped red onion and season it well. I season the chicken with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, spicy garlic seasoning ( @sprouts ), dried parsley, and a little herbs de Provence. Everything Chaffle ingredients: • 1 egg • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese • 1 heaping Tbsp almond flour • cracked black pepper • garlic powder • onion powder • everything but the bagel seasoning • 2 heaping Tbsp shredded cheddar cheese (to place directly on the mini waffle maker ). Top with eggs of choice, and season with salt and pepper, to taste. • For fried eggs: Heat butter in nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Break the egg onto the skillet and immediately reduce the heat to low. Cook uncovered until whites are completely set and yolks are thickened to your liking, about 5-7 minutes. • For scrambled eggs: Heat butter in nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Whisk the eggs in small bowl, then carefully pour into the center of the pan. When the edges start to set, start to gently fold the eggs until the eggs are cooked through, about 2-3 minutes. • For boiled eggs: Place the eggs in a saucepan. Pour cool water over the eggs until fully submerged. Bring the water to a rolling boil, then reduce the heat to low and cook according to the desired doneness: 4 minutes for SOFT boiled; 6 minutes for MEDIUM boiled; 12 minutes for HARD boiled. Prepare a bowl of ice water. Transfer the cooked eggs to the ice water to cool completely before peeling. • For poached eggs: Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Crack one egg into a small bowl. Stir vinegar into the water and create a vortex with the boiling water. Lower the heat so the water creates a rolling boil at the bottom of the pot. Then, carefully add the egg to the middle of the pot and cook for 3-4 minutes, according to desired doneness. Let cool completely before handling.⁠ .⁠ Cheesecake:⁠ Beat cream cheese, sour cream, heavy cream, erythritol, liquid stevia and extracts, until combined. Beat in one egg at a time, until smooth. Pour ingredients into a greased cake pan (same diameter as used for cake ). Bake at 350° for about 35 to 40 minutes, until firm. **you can bake in a water bath, to prevent cracking on the top. let chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.⁠ .⁠ Assembly:⁠ Place one layer of cake down. Spread just enough whipped cream to cover the top. Add your cheesecake layer on top. Then, add just enough whipped cream to cover that layer. Add your second layer of cake (smooth side facing upwards ). Cover the entire cake with whipped cream, then coat with your crumbles. Refrigerate for an hour. Dish by @healthyfitnessmeals will take you less than 30 minutes. ⠀ ⠀ Prep time: 30 minutes Serves: 4 Calories: 315kcal ⠀ ⠀ 🥗🍱🍗INGREDIENTS * 1 lb Chicken Breast cut into small bite-sized pieces * 1 Tbsp Olive Oil * 4 Cups Packed Greens of choice * ¼ Small Red Onion sliced * ¾ Cup Cherry halved * ½ English Cucumber sliced * 1 Avocado sliced * ⅓ Cup Corn Fresh or canned Homemade Ranch Dressing * 1 Cup Plain non-fat Greek yogurt * 2-3 Cloves Garlic minced * 2 Tsp Lemon * 2 Tbsp Onion chopped * 1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard * 2 Tbsp Fresh chopped * 1 Tbsp Fresh parsley chopped * 1 Tbsp Fresh dill chopped * Sea salt and pepper, to taste ⠀ ⠀ 🥰👩🏻‍🍳INSTRUCTIONS Start with making the homemade ranch dressing. Refrigerate the remaining dressing until ready to use. Next, heat oil in a large non-stick pan, and add in the chicken in a single layer. Cook until golden brown and cooked through about 5-7 minutes.
