March - September This was hard work. I set a goal for myself this year. Needless to say I’m ahead of where I thought I’d be. I took the opportunity to seize 2020 and take control of what I wanted. It wasn’t easy, it was hard but the end results are so worth it. . . I didn’t track my calories my Marcos or anything at all. I ate less food than I normally would and I ate healthy. No takeout, limit on soft drinks, limit on alcohol, limit of processed foods. And it wasn’t as hard as I thought it would be. It made me happier and I felt stronger. . . This is my results of my hard work this year. Age...Fitness...and Vegan food💕💪🏻 I’m saddened when I hear people say they can’t do something because they are too old.... Or using age as an excuse for why it’s “hard” to lose weight and get in shape. Stating fears of injuring themselves.. or blaming chronic issues for why they can’t.. I’m just as disheartened when I hear a “health expert” say vegan diets are not for weight loss 😳 So much misinformation out there 😔 I know not everyone thinks the way I do.. or has the same beliefs I do... but there’s no reason you can’t change your body if you choose... I’m 40 years old... and determined to prove not only to myself.. but to other women 40 and older.. that you can create the physique you desire... AND you can do it vegan... Our bodies are truly amazing and capable of a lot if you treat it well. Stop eating junk... Stop starving yourself... And move your body... ПОДГОТОВКА К СОРЕВНОВАНИЯМ Желание попробовать себя в бодибилдинге появилось так же неожиданно, как это произошло с танцами. За последний год, в моем окружении появлялось все больше выступающих спортсменов и когда предложили и мне, попробовать себя в этом спорте, я подумала «а почему бы и нет?» _ Пожалуй, самый сложный этап подготовки для меня - массанабор. Все люди воспринимают этот период, как время, когда можно есть ВСЕ, что ты захочешь и главное побольше😄 Ох, если бы..😄 _ Я по своей природе «дрыщ», всегда была худой и лишний вес не набирала. И мышечную массу набрать было нелегко. Так же у меня бешенный ритм жизни. Все знают, что у меня с утра до вечера тренировки, танцы, работа. И мне было оооочень трудно приучить себя к судочкам и не пропускать приемы пищи. _ Приходилось каждое утро вставать раньше, чтобы приготовить себе на весь день. Ухожу рано, прихожу поздно. Я долго приучала себя кушать 5-6 раз в день и главное, не пропускать завтрак (до подготовки я никогда не завтракала и ела 2-3 раза в день ). _ Со временем мне удалось привыкнуть к такому режиму, особенно когда приходишь на тренировку и тренер видит твой прогресс и старания, то ты сразу забываешь о трудностях и тебе хочется стараться ещё больше, чтобы достичь наилучших результатов. _ За период массанабора мне, действительно, приходилось кушать гораздо больше, чем я привыкла. Даже не смотря на силовые тренировки и активность. Но я поставила перед собой цель и ни на минуту не допустила мысли отступать.
