SNICKERDOODLE PEANUT BUTTER PROTEIN DONUTS🤤 Raise your hand if your a donut fan 🙋🏽‍♀️ these are next level!!! You can use this base recipe and change the flavours by adding chocolate protein powder, bananas, strawberries etc. Ingredients 1 cup almond meal 1/2 oat flour 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder @petite_protein 1 tsp baking powder 2 eggs 3 tbsp rice malt syrup/coconut sugar 4 tbsp coconut oil 1/2 cup almond milk 1 tbsp PB + snickerdoodle cinnamon scroll powder @macr0mike Icing 1-2 tbsp PB + snickerdoodle cinnamon scroll powder @macr0mike 4 tbsp Coconut cream 1/2 cup dark chocolate Crushed peanuts Method 1. Preheat oven to 180 2. In a bowl, whisk together dry ingredients. Stir in wet ingredients. The batter should be a little bit quite thick. If it’s too dry add some more almond milk 3. Spray your donut pan with coconut oil 4. Spoon batter into a donut pan 5. Bake at 180 for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown 6. Allow donuts to cool 7. Prepare icing by melting the coconut cream and chocolate together in the microwave. Dip each donut to cover the top of it with the chocolate and coat with snickerdoodle powder(mix it with water first ) and crushed peanuts.

I don’t force myself to workout anymore when I KNOW I should be taking a rest day - rest is the 🔑 to recovery - and recovery means GROWTH!
