Ok, my first go at making salsa using my air fryer! Turned out pretty tasty! I will definitely be making a few adjustments the next go around but overall very good and healthy! Roasted these guys at 400 for appx 10 min. Turn and add time in 2-3 minute blocks depending on how they are cooking. I took out the garlic and peppers before the rest. Then, pull out the stem and seeds from the pepper, cut ends off tomatoes and pop it all in the blender with lime juice, salt and cilantro. Blend up! I did I add some cumin as I like the smoky flavor. I used a hatch chili to make it mild for the kids, but next batch will have jalapeño and/or adobo chilis! Yum!! 🔥 Then, I sliced up some peppers and onions and cooked those up. Put it all over cooked chicken and add some citrus tossed slaw on the side and you have a really tasty, and healthy, meal! 😋😋 #goodeats #personaltrainer #healthyfood #quickdinner

My favorite foods in fall usually end up being in a bowl. For some reason when I put these meals together they are always a mix of hearty grains, vegetables, and robust greens. I plan to play with more grains in the future because I've enjoyed eating on this quinoa bowl. It makes a great dinner but has also been so easy to take to work for lunch. Easy to put together, will keep you full most of the day, and will also help you maintain your energy levels throughout the day! • SALADE THAÏE • En entrée ce soir c'est une petite salade thaïe 🥰 • • 1 concombre • 100 gr de vermicelles de riz • 1 poivron vert • 1 petit sachet de germes de soja • 30 gr de cacahuètes grillées • menthe • huile de sésame • sauce soja • graines de sésame • Cuire les vermicelles de riz 3 min dans de l'eau bouillante puis les égoutter. Verser dans un saladier. Réaliser des tagliatelles de concombre avec un économe. Les ajouter aux vermicelles. Éplucher le poivron vert et le détailler en petits dés. Ajouter les germes de soja (je n'en avais pas 😢 ), la menthe ciselée finement et les cacahuètes hachées (pas pour nous Valentin est allergique ) . Arroser de 6 cas d'huile de sésame et 4 cas de sauce soja. ¿Apetecen una esponjosa torta de cambur (banana )? Receta fácil: Ingredientes • 250 g harina para todo uso • 150 g azúcar morena • 1/2 cucharadita de sal • 2 cucharaditas de levadura en polvo • 1 ½ cucharaditas de canela molida (o menos si hay hipertensos entre ustedes ). • ½ cucharadita de nuez moscada • ¼ cucharadita de clavo • ¼ cucharadita de jengibre molido • 1 ½ tazas de puré de cambur bien maduro • 2 huevos • 1/2 taza de aceite de girasol o similar • 1 cucharada de esencia de vainilla • 1 taza de pasitas maceradas o no, opcionales. • 1 cambur para adornar la superficie en dos secciones a lo largo o en rueditas de un cm, opcional. Procedimiento: 0. Precaliente el horno a unos 190 °C. 1. En un bowl mezcle los ingredientes secos. Opcional: añadir aquí pasitas de uva maceradas en Ron o sin macerar. 2. En otro triture los cambures y mezcle bien con los ingredientes húmedos. 3. Añada los ingredientes secos al bol del cambur y mezcle todos solo hasta conseguir homogeneizar y no más. 4. Vierta en un molde engrasado (yo siempre tengo una mezcla a partes iguales de aceite y harina para este fin ). Si lo quiere adornar con cambures, colóquelos sobre la superficie antes de hornear la torta. 5. Estará listo cuando el palillo salga limpio y aún húmedo. Saque del horno y deje enfriar la torta unos 5 minutos, saque del molde y déjela enfriar sobre una rejilla. Vielleicht wird das dein Frühstück morgen? Let’s say a late one! Asiatische Frühstückssuppe 🍜 Jetzt wo es kälter wird, finde ich die Suppe genial! Schließlich aß ich in Asien auch schon oft Reis, oder eine Curry Suppe zum Frühstück, und dort empfand ich es nie als merkwürdig. Die bekannte Miso Suppe wird in Japan auch schon gerne zum Frühstück serviert. Diese Suppe entstand, als ich bemerke das mein Tofu wegmusste, und ich noch vorgeschnittenes Gemüse vom Vorabend im Kühlschrank hatte. So ergeben sich meistens meine Rezepte 😅 Für 2 Personen. GF/LF/V • 1 Packung Tofu ca. 120g • 1 Bund frischen Spinat ca. 50g • 1 halbe Rote Paprika • 3 Champignons • 50g Glasnudeln • 2 Gläser Wasser • ½ Glass Hafer Milch • 2 EL Öl zum Braten • 1 TL Gemüsen Brühe • EL Erdnuss Butter • Chili flocken • etwas klein gehackter Ingwer • ein guter Schuss Soja Soße • Salz & Pfeffer Das Tofu zuerst in Öl anbraten und alle andere Zutaten dazugeben. Spinat am Ende hinzufügen. Während das Gemüse fast deine Bissstärke erreicht hat, füge die Glasnudeln hinzu und köchle bis diese weich werden und fertig ist die Suppe 🥰 Tipp. Mich kann ggf. durch eine andere Pflanzliche Mich ersetzt werden, wie Soja, Kokos, Mandel Mich. sweet potato breakfast granola banana bread 🍠🍌 the amount of loaves i’ve made and ate in the last several months is at an all time high but i’m not complaining! every time i bake a new loaf, i take one of my old recipes and tweak it a little to form a new recipe! this time, i used sweet potato puree instead of pumpkin. i also subbed some of the coconut oil with @siggisdairy vanilla cinnamon plant-based blend which has more protein than sugar per cup! definitely a go-to blend to add moisture and flavor into my breads and muffins ☺️ ingredients: 3 bananas, mashed 1/4 @siggisdairy vanilla and cinnamon blend 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted 1 cup sweet potato puree 1/3 cup maple syrup 2 eggs 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour 1 tsp cinnamon 1/8 tsp ground cloves 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp sea salt granola, for topping directions: 1. preheat oven to 350F. prepare 9x5 loaf pan with parchment paper. 2. in a large bowl, mash bananas with a fork. add in @siggisdairy blend, sweet potato puree, maple syrup, eggs and vanilla. 3. add in whole wheat flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking soda, baking powder and sea salt. mix until combined. 4. transfer to baking pan and top with granola. 5. bake for 60-65 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. #winniesbalance #dailysiggis #sponsored
