How I Found My Purpose ❤️⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ In 2016 I graduated with the Psychology degree having absolutely no intention of pursuing anything in that field. I didn't really know what I wanted to do but I did know 2 things. ⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 1️⃣ I wanted to help people ⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 2️⃣ I wanted something of my own⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I ended up taking the first job I could get & completely hated it. There was nothing fulfilling about it to me. After that I did the same thing a few more times & ended up hating those positions as well...⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ While everyone else seemed to have their shit together & be working towards something they wanted, I felt as if I was letting myself down & letting down the people around me who believed in me & wanted me to succeed. Not only that but I kept thinking that I was wasting my time doing so many different things that I would never find that one thing that I wanted to do for the rest of my life. ⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I felt like I didn't have a purpose... ⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ However, during that time I still always knew 2 things.⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 1️⃣ I wanted to help people ⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 2️⃣ I wanted something of my own⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ It was after the trial & error of many different jobs which didn't make me happy that I found something where I was doing the 2 things I always wanted to do. ⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I found this online world where I could start my OWN business & HELP women from around the world feel confident & be the best version of themselves! ⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ The best feeling in the world is when someone tells me how much I've helped them feel good about themselves, how I've helped them get clear & how I've helped them move in a better direction in their lives⁣ 🤩⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Continued in the comments...

OMG I did it...I hit 100kgs today for hip thrusts my best personal best yet 💪👊🙌 . So I said to myself this challenge im going to push myself each week and put the fear of heavy weights behind me. At the end of my last challenge I could only hip thrust 30kgs (well I feared going heavier ). So with this challenge I started with 30kgs, then 2wks later 50kgs, then 2wks after that 80kgs and now 100kgs today 😁 I admit I was nervous for that first lift especially knowing I had to hip thrust 1 1/4 for 8reps 3 sets!! But I did it im so so happy 🙌🙌 So proud of my body for withstanding all that I give it 🙏 So excited to hit more PB's over the next 2 weeks 😁

Walked in dreading the session, walked out smiling 🥰💪 . . Another couple of post lockdown mini pbs in the bag + back squats of 100kg x 2 x 3 😌 ✨ 100kg back squat X 4 (220.46 lbs ) ✨ 85kg front squat (187.39 lbs ) . . I've never done more than 2 squats with 100kg, and even that at the time was hard. I know it looks like blueberries on my plate but they’re actually peas Sunday date night with @elsmb - lunch, bowling and basketball in the arcades 🏀 I’ll warn you now, 4 games of bowling with a mask on is exhausting. That’s my cardio done for the week ✅ Also, I’ve only been in the gym once over the last ten days and I don’t even feel guilty. Are my standards too high? If this is you. If this is something you’re thinking. I’m here to tell you you’re not too much. Someone out there will not view these as “flaws”, but characteristics that make you who you are and they won’t want to change a thing. So keep your standards high ladies. Don’t change to fit this perfect mold of who you think someone would want, because you already are the perfect mold of YOU.
