#𝘛𝘳𝘢𝘯𝘴𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘮𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘛𝘶𝘦𝘴𝘥𝘢𝘺 ⁣ ⁣ Some days I wish I was closer to my goal and then I do a face to face comparison and remind myself how far I have actually come. ❤️⁣ ⁣ I have gone from a size 18 to a 10 and finally have energy to keep up with my family. 🙌⁣ ⁣ I started out strict Keto (I failed ) and now more lazy Keto/low carb with the help of my drinks. 😍 I exercise when I can find the time, I do slip up time to time as well but keep on going. This is doable and enjoyable for me, and that is the only way I will be able to stick with this!⁣ ⁣ I believe with all my heart if I can do this, so can you!

~ Why there are plenty of reasons to love weight training! ~   Weight training includes any muscle strengthening activity - whether that is with hand weights, weight machines, resistance bands or bodyweight. Regular weight training has a number of health benefits and I’d like to share with you just three reasons why females should hit the weights. If you are already doing weight training then I am sure you will resonate with these and if you are new to weight training or hesitant in giving it a go, I hope these inspire you to take the first step! 🧍🏼‍♀️   To start with, my personal favourite… 💪🏼 The strength that comes with consistent weight training is one of the biggest benefits. Furthermore, this newfound strength brings about confidence and is one of the most rewarding results of consistent weight training. You will find that when you start looking better and have improved posture from undoing all the hours of sitting and staring at a computer, you start feeling better and carry yourself differently than before you started lifting weights.   🏋🏼 Lifting weights can be more fun than sitting on an exercise bike or running on a treadmill. It is also important to add variety into your training to keep progressing towards your goals, otherwise your training can get stale and your progress can stall, and changing your training on occasion will prevent boredom. Your training should involve both cardiovascular and resistance training to get the most out of it.   👗 Weight training can help us reach our aesthetic goals. As our muscles give us that desired shape there is no better way to achieve these goals than to train with weights, especially progressively heavier weights. Lifting weights at least three times a week will assist you in becoming lean and shapely.   Weight training also improves our health as well as longevity through building and maintaining our bone mass, reducing injuries and providing numerous physiological components which assist in stress relief. 𝙄 𝙃𝘼𝙏𝙀𝘿 𝙈𝙔𝙎𝙀𝙇𝙁 𝘼𝙉𝘿 𝙏𝙃𝙀 𝙒𝘼𝙔 𝙄 𝙇𝙊𝙊𝙆𝙀𝘿⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ Seriously I couldn’t stand to look myself in the mirror.⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ I’d walk through school or life with my head down.⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ I would look up thinking someone was smiling at me, just to be let down with it being the person behind me, again.⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ I would die my hair every color imaginable to try and find confidence, or just to finally have one day of people not making fun of me and bullying me for being a ginger.⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ My body was not what I wanted it to be, and honestly all I saw was people getting attention in school, life or tv that had amazing bodies.⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ I wanted that.⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ I wanted the positive attention, the girls, the smiles, the six pack.⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ I felt sorry for myself, I said life wasn’t unfair, I said life must be so much easier for those people with naturally gifted bodies and looks, and I made excuses for why I couldn’t have that.⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ What did I and what do we truly want underneath that?⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ Its not really the attention, girls/guys, or validation.⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ We want to love ourselves, to feel confident, and worthy.⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ We want to look in the mirror and be happy with what is looking back at us.⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ Honestly we want to say fuck yes I am sexy and can anything I set after!⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ So what did I do? How did it all change?⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ I made the decision to change, cut the bullshit excuses and stopped feeling sorry for myself.⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ I took ACTION.⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ I got in the gym day after day.⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ I studies macros, nutrition, workouts, supplements, and everything about fitness for hours on end.⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ I got certifications, and hired multiple coaches to learn, grow, and be held accountable.⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ Now I look in the mirror and see an entirely a new person. ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ I am confident. What’s the sexiest supplement out there?
