So this happened today. I was thinking I’ll get some nice clean lines and bend as far as I can but then my nose touched??😳 You get so accustomed to practicing everyday that you may not notice all the little improvements along the way until one day, you find new ground that wasn’t there before and you’re just like WOWWW! 😳😳😳 . 👆Entrenando sumo aductores Con Angela🏋️‍♀️🤸‍♀️Se llama músculo aductor al ‘que tiene como función mover una parte del cuerpo acercándola a su eje’, mientras que se llama músculo abductor al ‘que tiene como función mover una parte del cuerpo alejándola de su eje’¿Cuál es la función de los abductores y aductores? Son dos grupos musculares complementarios y antagonistas sobre los que existe cierta confusión debido a la similitud en su denominación. Los abductores de la cadera se encuentran en la cara externa del muslo y son principalmente los glúteos (mayor, medio y menor ) y el músculo piramidal, mientras que los aductores son aquellos que se sitúan en la cara interna, entre otros: aductores mayor, medio y corto y también el músculo pectíneo. ¿Por qué es importante trabajar abductores y aductores? I was told among other things that I’m a “whore for attention” without thinking I “post desperately for a like or outside validation”, I need to “reflect on why I’m so pathetic and need this so badly all the time”. I was so broken hearted. To be so misunderstood by someone I’ve known for so long. To be intentionally hurt and torn open on old wounds this person knows I have. To plunge the knife right into scar tissue this person has seen me stabbed in the same place over and over. But I love this quote from my beloved cousin, “family is not blood, but who you’ll bleed for”. When im bleeding because that person intentionally drew it, I’m not bleeding anymore for you. My intention in life is love. 🌿💛🌿 yes Instagram is a platform where we all seek some form of attention, but beyond that, what I see people wanting and what I too want is connection, understanding, unity, inspiration, love and yes also validation and attention. It’s not bad to want these things.
