Komplett so wie Hippie-mäßig wie die Feldmaus bin ich nicht unterwegs. Tatsächlich habe ich ein bisschen vom Überfluss dieses Sommers eingekocht und eingefroren und freu mich dann auch im Herbst und Winter über eigenes Gemüse und Obst. Aber was die Sonnenstrahlen angeht bin ich bekennender Teilzeithippie. Die sammle ich gerade auf den letzten Läufen noch ein und versuche sie zu konservieren, damit ich mir auch davon in den nächsten Monaten ab und zu ein Einmachglas aufmachen kann 🌞. Der Sommer macht eine große Dernière. Zusammen mit den letzten schönen Tagen treten liebe Herzensmenschen (wieder ) in mein Leben und zeigen, dass sie wieder da sind oder auch nie wirklich weg waren. Worth a try for developing posterior strength from @laurenfisher • Sumo squat RDL. A funny movement to do at the gym & definitely might get some stares... 😂 But holy this worked the glutes. 🍑 Definitely got sore from these! 4 sets of 10-15 reps. Goal is to start light with the higher rep range and go heavier each set to the lowest rep scheme. Ended with 75lbs, but think I can go heavier next time I do these. This is definitely something I need to remind myself. Although it's when I'm not hitting a 1kg loss for the week. There's nothing wrong with smaller loses, they all add up! I feel like my progress is slow, mainly because I keep going in circles eating the things I shouldn't. But when I look back and see I've lost 9kg since the end of july that's pretty damn amazing. So what if I've gone up and down twice during that time, I'm still trying, I'm still moving towards my goal even with the bumps in the road. A 500g loss is absolutely fine! Even a 200g loss is great! Because, week by week, month by month these little results become massive. Look at the bigger picture and don't be disheartened because you are still on the right track to reach your goals 💖

1 or 2? I wanted to get this shot in handstand but my handstand game is still 💩 and digital cameras are slow 😜 Also, slightly different angles and leg position in these two pics and my body looks quite different, worth remembering body shapes can be easily manipulated online, there’s obviously hundreds of free body altering apps but even just through posing, lighting and angles you can change how something looks. NB. These are professional digital images and the photographer has edited them to smooth my skin and change colour tones etc but my shape and size is absolutely 100% real. After yesterday's tough riding I was completely spent entering today's #mtb adventure @ #pittsfieldstateforest . The first picture of @nicksahl and I was at mile 4 and I was fighting back tears. It’s amazing how motivated and strong you feel when you don’t want to puke every 5 minuets and no longer have the energy of a half trodden slug 😅 . The best thing about being in the Army Reserves is that I get to come home to these two monkeys 😂!!! I’ve been a bit MIA on here... but you know.... 6 kids and a business.... 🤣 - I’m still training 6 days a week - because I love it and training is my therapy.... tbh, not tracking food at all, just eating to my appetite. I may have a few days where I over indulge due to social events but I’ll reign it in for a couple of days after, if I have to. I guess it’s the beauty of tracking my food for so long I have a great understanding of what is in food. At a guess I would be eating between 1900 - 2400 cals on most days, I’m definitely hungrier on lower body days! - I’m wearing @ryderwear seamless collection. For gals after a super supportive crop, I recommend this one! I wear an Xs in shorts and a S in the crop. This is compression fabric so if your between sizes I’d probably opt for the size up.
