Podsumowanie września 2020! No muszę przyznać, że być może był to mój rekord życia, jeśli chodzi o wszystkie zrobione kilometry. Tak niewiele zabrakło do 400...🙂 (no chyba, że do doliczę rowerki stacjonarne, to jeszcze wejdzie ponad 100 km ) Choć samego biegu wiele nie było, to wszelkiego sportu i ruchu od groma! Średnio ok 4h aktywności każdego dnia i ponad 19tyś kroków dziennie. Sama jestem zaskoczona i nie byłam świadoma, że to aż tyle! ☁️ 𝕆ℂ𝕋𝕆𝔹𝔼ℝ ☁️ diary update I feel like I’ve relaxed abit with my food this week. I’ve stuck to every meal although I’ve been sneaking little lollies at work and adding extra sauces and what not to my meals, but that’s okay! Hopefully it’s not hindering my process too much but trying to stop that haha I have so much energy but trying to direct that in the way the motivates me to go to the gym! The remainder of this weeks goals are; -try to get atleast do my workouts in the morning so I have the afternoons free. At the moment I feel like I just work and gym vice versa. And it’s all good but I don’t want my whole life to revolve around the gym! And; to be kinder to myself. And that’s for everyone else too, look at yourself and say something nice! Your body is the only one you have so we have to take care of it physically and emotionally. Has quarantine made you feel unmotivated in every way possible? 😴🥱 _ The amount of free time I had in quarantine is making me feel so overwhelmed now that I have a completely booked schedule. _ So how do I balance it all and keep my sanity? By planning. _ Just because you've been taking zoom calls from bed and spending most of the day on the couch the past few months doesn't mean you shouldn't still can't have a set schedule, even if you are still quarantining _ Planning and scheduling NEEDS to be done to make sure you're successful and getting the most out of your day.  _ Every night, I want you to plan out your next day.  _ What time do you wake up?  What do you eat for breakfast?  When are you going to workout? Do you have to commute?  When do you have class? When do you need to do laundry? _ Schedule it out. _ At first it may seem excessive, and it will relieve your anxiety, give you structure, and help to give each and every single day purpose and satisfaction _ I know I'm the happiest when I'm stress free and making strides towards my goals. _ Now it's your turn.

Keeping my vegan mind and body, healthy! 😄💚🌱 • People always ask me how I feel after going vegan, I always tell them I feel amazing! Unfortunately there are some people that aren’t as successful eating vegan, now I’m not here to judge, but I always to want share the importance of proper nutrition when you transition. -First and foremost, it’s important to supplement (even if you’re not vegan ), there are foods to help you, but I recently started using the @vedgenutrition Essential, which is Vitamin D, Vitamin B12, and Omega 3s, in one tablet. (Use code CFC @ checkout for a discount ). You definitely need this if you want a clear mind, focus, and energy! I take mine with my dinner every day. -Be sure you are eating enough of the right foods daily. I usually eat 80% whole plant based foods and 20% vegan treats. So don’t forget to eat your fruits, veggies, legumes, nuts, seeds, grains, etc. Listen to your body! Also, keep yourself hydrated, move often, and get good sleep. It’s not only about what you eat but how you take care of yourself. -If you so start to feel like something is off, don’t be afraid to reach out to other vegans for support, a vegan Dr., and/or get blood work done to see if you might be missing anything that can easily be taken care of. -Don’t get discouraged! Eating plant based has been around for years. It’s a way of eating for many people around the world. So no, your body doesn’t need animals and their secretions.
