!! ONLINE CLIENT PROGRESS UPDATE !! Within 12 Week he manage to loose around around 9 kgs Starting weight - 93.5 kgs After 12 weeks - 84.5 kgs He was very consistent with his diet and workouts, although sometimes he travelled away from his home but still we manage his diet and able to loose decent amount of fat. When we start, he had elevated SGOT, SGPT and high cholesterol but within few weeks, they came on their base level with managing his diet and medications under his doctor.
