Due giorni in cui ci siamo “messi a nudo” togliendoci di dosso le nostre convinzioni, costruite negli anni di esperienza nelle classi, come Trainer CFL1. Siamo stati destrutturati e svuotati delle nostre sicurezze per riallinearci alla Filosofia di Movimento che abbiamo sposato e in cui Crediamo fermamente: un programma capace di creare persone ogni giorno migliori del precedente, più forti, più in forma, ma soprattutto PIÙ SANE! Ci hanno dato nuovi e più approfonditi strumenti per essere Trainer più efficaci ed efficienti, in modo da implementare esponenzialmente il nostro ruolo! Non è stato facile, perché non lo è mai quando ti trovi a farei conti con i tuoi limiti: più volte ho sentito un nodo in gola e ricacciato le lacrime; ma anche questo si chiama CrossFit, e tutti voi lo sapete bene! Mesmo com algumas dores que me limitam de alguns movimentos no esporte que eu gosto, eu persisto da maneira que consigo encontrar. Não conseguir realizar algo na hora que eu quero não quer dizer atraso e sim aprendizado durante o percurso. Requer paciência (coisa que não tenho muito ) e força de vontade.
