coming in hot with the fall content. I don’t know about you, but this is my fav time of year. To celebrate the first official day of fall ( which was the other day-ish? ) - I made these warm pumpkin spice cupcakes with a maple cream cheese frosting topped with a salted caramel drizzle and candied pecans. Today at my sister in laws house . Small space lol 4 months ago I started doing exercise to reactivate my body and start loosing weight . 6months after giving 2nd natural birth. 💛 HAPPY FRIDAY 💛 Friday screams 'pancakes for breakfast' to me as a reward for getting through the week! Unfortunately this photo was from 2 days ago as I needed a mid-week breakfast treat! I don't know about you, but having a good breakfast to look forward to can actually get me out of bed a lot easier 😅😅 ANYWAY, this week has been a good one, but has also been fairly busy so I haven't spent as much time on here as I'd have liked to! I also haven't been doing too much 'extra' exercise this week. I say extra, as my training is quite dance heavy meaning that on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays I'm doing atleast an hour of dance without doing anything extra. I ran 4.5 miles on Monday (my day off of my course ) and then have just been doing the various dance classes this week which, believe me when I say, they have been tough! Decided a plan for my running routine this week which I'm excited to talk about in my next post! Going to be setting myself a challenge with a goal I'll be working towards to complete by Christmas! 🤩 I hope everyone has had a lovely week!!! We made it! Sometimes it's a case of just doing that isn't it 💛
