MACARRÃO DE ABOBRINHA COM TOMATE E MANJERICÃO😍🥰 Clica 2 vezes na imagem e comenta VOU FAZER 🙋‍♀️ para receber mais receitas 🥰🤫 Ingredientes: • 3 abobrinhas médias • 2 colheres (sopa ) de azeite • 2 dentes de alho picados • 10 folhas de manjericão • Tomate-cereja a gosto • Sal, pimenta-do-reino e queijo parmesão ralado a gosto • Rendimento: 5 porções bem servidas Modo de preparo: • Com o auxílio de uma faca ou de um ralador de legumes, fatie as abobrinhas em lâminas finas, no sentido do comprimento, deixando-as no formato de espaguete. • Coloque-as na água fervente com um pouco de sal e deixe-as ali por cerca de 1 minuto, pois o objetivo é apenas amolecer levemente as lâminas da abobrinha. • Escorra e transfira as fatias para uma tigela com água gelada, para interromper o cozimento. I've found a more sustainable solution is learning about prioritization and how it simplifies my daily struggle to get things done. Whether you’re an exercise junky or a beginner in fitness, having a baby can seem like the perfect reason to skip out on exercising. You’re fighting fatigue like you’ve never felt before. You’re sleeping with one eye open and tripping over piles of laundry. And you’re wondering what the heck happened to your body. The last thing you have time for is working out, right? But exercise just might be the one thing that makes you feel like YOU again. As a new mom, I’ve learned I have to prioritize exercise as a part of my lifestyle now more than ever. Exercising is the most important part of my day because it’s the only time I have carved out for ME. I psychology feel better after a workout. Which makes me better equipped as a mom.
