🔥 Killer leg workout coming at you 🥵⁣ ⁣ Reminder 👉 to grow muscles (glutes ) you should be doing a range of reps throughout the week! Every leg day shouldn’t be the same reps/sets so keep in mind when you’re following your fav IG fitfluencer.⁣ ⁣ You’ll notice some days I do heavy hip thrusts and deads and other days (like this one 😉 ) I do lighter with more reps and more accessory type movements.⁣ ⁣ This is more high rep glute focused kind of workout!⁣ ⁣ Bulgarian Split Squats: 4 sets of 10. MY FAV. Be sure to sit your hip back and really press through that front leg. There should be very little pressure on your back foot.⁣ ⁣ Single Leg HT: 3 sets of 15 reps with weight then 15 reps BW.⁣ ⁣ Glute kickback: 3 sets of 15. Think about kicking back NOT up. There should NOT be flexion in that low back. We ain’t throwing it back at the gym ooook 😂🙈⁣ ⁣ Glute Ham Raise: 3 sets of 15 with weight then 15 BW. Think about thrusting into the pad. Still struggling with getting back into your old routine?😕 With the gyms opening up again, I know a lot of you are still very hesitant to go, and as much as I would like to encourage you to still go I also understand why you wouldn’t. So here’s a few tips you can do to get back into your pre quarantine routine! 1 ) Start small, setting big goals for yourself can sometimes be overwhelming and you sometimes end up disappointing yourself before you’ve almost even started! Most people fail at this and end up giving up because you’re making too big of a change in just one day.✨ 2 ) Write down a plan, we often get overwhelmed by the thought of everything we have and want to do, write down your week and plan out what you’re trying to accomplish! The best thing you can do for yourself is invest in a planner. If you’re just trying to make it up as you go, the likelihood for you to get off track is almost guaranteed 🤭 3 ) Make sure you find your why, why is it that you want to change, why is it that you’re trying to accomplish your goal!
