𝐓𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐞𝐱𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐚𝐦𝐞 𝐥𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥 𝐨𝐟 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 💪⁣ ⁣ One common thing I see in the gym are lifters prioritising intensity towards certain lifts, and then chucking some quick accessory work on the end to “get a pump.⁣ ⁣ Now it’s fine to prioritise certain movements; I do the same. My compound lifts will be at the beginning where I have the most energy. However, I don’t think it’s right to prioritise intensity 🤔⁣ ⁣ You should be going just as hard in your accessory work than you are in your compound work. Otherwise - why are you doing it? ⁣ ⁣ Leg extensions for example shown here, they are fantastic quad builders. They force a lot of blood into the quads. Why wouldn’t you want to take this as far as you can and progress it? 🤯 your legs should be in agony when you’ve finished with this machine!⁣ ⁣ Same for bicep curls. Hamstring curls. Tricep extensions. All of them - train it just as hard! Go to failure! Calorie deficit (day 5 ) is going pretty well and I lost more than 2 kg... I’m pretty sure that’s just a water🙄 but see my shape leaner and my abs are back. Kinda miss heavy weight trainings but leans a lot of new stuff in bodybuilding and running!🙃

she is not your competition, she is your sister ♡ ♡ I used to think confidence came by being the best. The prettiest. The smartest. The most popular. And quite honestly, that in itself shows that I had no clue what true confidence actually looked like. I was right about one thing, confidence comes from being the BEST; the best version of YOU. It’s the “I’m great and so is she” mentality not the “I’m better than her” superiority complex. I don’t have to hope and wish for others to fail in order to feel myself good about myself. The more I cheer on other women, the more I shout from the rooftops about how truly amazing other ladies are, the more I celebrate THEM and their victories, the more confident I feel about myself!
