A chaque fois, ma réponse est la même : Cela dépend de votre morpho-anatomie, de votre façon de faire l'exercice et de votre capacité à augmenter la difficulté graduellement. Parce que comme tout exercice, il y a de nombreux détails importants à connaître et à appliquer, si l'on souhaite que les pompes fassent surtout les pectoraux et pas, surtout, les épaules. D'autant plus que les pompes peuvent être un "super" exercice à ceux dont les développés comme le développé couché fait mal aux épaules, à condition de ne pas les faire n'importe comment.
