Yesterday's happenings! Did a mock meet. Proud but not satisfied. 😤😤😤 Squat 220kg yo finally got that 5 plate number. Bench mmmmmmmeh 115kg Deadlift 247.5 kg Total: 582.5kg BW: 90.9KG That gives me a 47.5kg total PR , which is something to be proud of. 🙏 I love what @nadeemhamidy said: it's you vs. the weights. To a time when life was a little bit simpler and all that mattered was this new budding romance 🥰 4 years ago today we met for coffee at Balzzac’s cafe in liberty village and the stars aligned that day. From that very first date we shared that we both had a passion for health and fitness and wanted to open our own facility one day. And here we are! F45 has been a dream come true and so rewarding for us both but in the same breath it has also been hard on our relationship at times. That’s why we agreed we would find better balance with work / life this year after we got married.. lol 🤦🏼‍♀️ ..aaaand even though the biggest hypothetical wrench in history has been thrown down, we do plan to do just that when the dust settles. When we can finally just enjoy being a married couple and start to get excited about future plans. I know we’re not the only ones whose plans and weddings were postponed but I truly can’t wait for the year we were supposed to have. I still get excited thinking about all the adventures we will go on together and the family we will keep growing ( Bowie is our first child obviously ) This year has felt like an eternity due to the circumstances but I actually can’t believe it’s already been 4 years of us being together because time flies when you’re having fun! We have been accomplishing so much together in such a short time that we have kept it exciting that’s for sure. 🙌🏼 Here’s to many more years together, drinking coffee and conjuring up some wild ideas for the future. Because I know there will never be a dull moment as long as we’re together ❤️ I love you beyond the stars and back ✨ @the_effecutive

Let’s talk about bloating✨ as it seems to be my favourite topic!!! We ALL get bloated whether it’s a result from eating a certain food, drinking a certain drink ( or LOTS of water ), stress, periods etc. I know it can be hard to accept sometimes as it is very uncomfortable and annoying! However we just have to remember that it’s temporary NOT permanent😌 Drinking plenty of water will make you bloated however it will help you loads!
