Some back and bicep work today, the main focus of my workout was my deadlifts. • BACK • Deadlifts Warm up 225 x 3 315 x 3 315 x 3 315 x 3 315 x 3 335 x 1 I was going to finish my last set with 335 for 3, but noticed my form was starting to give a bit, so decided to stop with deadlifts for the workout so I didn’t hurt myself, but still got some really solid deadlift work in. • Lat Pulldowns 120 x 10 140 x 10 160 x 10 180 x 8 200 x 3 into drop set of 120 x 5 with 5 second holds • Standing wide grip rows (very tight squeeze, and very slow eccentric portion ) 4 x 8 • Straight Arm Pulldowns (very slow eccentric portion ) 4 x 10 • Seated low rows (tight squeeze with 3 second hold ) 3 x 8 • BICEPS • THE PYRAMID I’ll explain with a video later if someone asks • Seated Incline DB Curls 3 x 6 30 second hold end of each set • Wide grip barbell curls 2 x 20 • Let me know any suggestions on how I could improve this workout!!! It‘s a good day to have a good day if you want a good day 😉☀️ ———————————- 🏋🏼‍♀️ Body update: (57,3kg ) August was a troublesome month and made me loose track of my goals for 3 or 4 weeks. I felt bad because i just couldn‘t manage to workout as often as I‘m used to and I had very bad cravings that killed my healthy diet for days. But: that’s okay, that’s normal. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Sometimes there’s things in life that require your full attention. I‘ve learned that it makes no sense to be angry at myself. It‘s better to be #grateful for how far you’ve come and try to get back on track day by day. 😉💪🏻 Now i’m back at it. I’ve been working very hard the last 3 weeks and (finally ) it shows.
