I have been so much more relaxed with this cut than I was last year. Today has been good, I pulled out my favourite @sweatybetty jumper from hibernation and headed into Nottingham. I’ve been making my way round my favourite independent eateries while my little ones are settling in at nursery (ease the separation anxiety 😭 ). @cocotang__ Vietnamese kitchen is incredible, I ordered the tofu and spring roll salad and prawn pancakes. Summer rolls 😍 omg these are one of my all time favorite foods! Yes I know they are not low-carb (they are gluten free ), however, there are ways to make this low-carb! Instead of using rice noodles you can replace them with shirataki noodles, which are 10 calories and are a type of root or you can leave them out and replace with more vegetables! You can also replace the rice paper with lettuce! This dish is super simple to make and sooo good! •sauté the shrimp in whichever seasoning you like (I like garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper ) and then let the garlic cool when you are done •boil the rice noodles and then set aside to cool when they are finished •next chop up any vegetables you like it rectangular wedges. In my rolls I went with cucumber but sometimes I use carrots and lettuce as well! •get the rice paper and soak it in water, then transfer the paper without touching any of the edges together to a clean plate. Arrange the toppings the way you would like and then fold like you would fold a burrito! •last you could make a peanut sauce if you would like to dip your summer rolls into and there are many recipes online! Finalmente conclui meu bulking 🙌🏽🐳 Iniciei essa fase de ganho de peso com aproximadamente 75kg e finalizei com 91,5 kg (a meta era 90 mas acabei passando um pouquinho 😅 ) Segue algumas medidas de antes e depois: Bíceps: 37,5cm ➡️ 43cm Peitoral: 95cm ➡️ 106cm Quadril: 92cm ➡️ 109cm Quadríceps: 58cm ➡️ 70cm O treino era bem básica focando sempre em exercício multiarticulares e pesos livres, que são os exercícios construtores, sempre com muita carga até porque eu estava comendo muito é tinha mais energia pra gastar. A dieta também era bem básica. Como proteínas utilizei basicamente frango e ovo e como fonte de carbo usei aveia, banana, arroz branco e batata ou macaxeira. A dieta n foi perfeita, às vezes eu furava a dieta mas sempre tentei dar meu máximo 😁 De suplemento só usei multivitaminico, dextrose e creatina. Obs: Não fiz utilização de nenhum hormônio sintético durante esse processo, nem mesmos ésteres de testosterona e afins. Não tenho nada contra quem faz uso de drogas em seus protocolos, pra falar a verdade acho que determinados indivíduos precisam sim utilizar desde que seja feita a utilização de forma correta e com todas as medidas de segurança necessárias. Com certeza se eu tivesse feito uso minha B.F não estaria tão alta e minha pele também não estaria tão grossa mas eu quis ter essa experiência pra saber até onde eu poderia subir meu peso sem a utilização de hormônios 😁 Agora bora tentar perder essa banha é essa retenção que ganhei durante esse processo pra emendar um novo projeto 💪🏽 #fitness #fitnessmotivation #fitnesslifestyle #bulking #treino # #training #academia #dieta #diet #musculação #musculation

Have you noticed a plateau in your workouts & progress? Imma spill the teaaaa about why you might be experiencing it 👀☕️⁣ ⁣ ⁣ If you apply the same stimulus (such as same intensity, same weight, etc ) to your body and muscles consistently, your body will have nothing new to adapt to, and you won't see improvement. This is called accommodation.⁣ ⁣ ⁣ In order to avoid this and have advancements in your performance & gains, you need to apply an increasing stimulus on your body - not just the same constant stimulus each time you workout. The stimulus is exercise and the increase can be several things such as ⁣ ⁣ ⭐️ Intensity⁣ ⭐️ Rest time⁣ ⭐️ Load/weight⁣ ⭐️ Volume⁣ ⁣ ⁣ It also can be beneficial to change up your exercises every 4-6 weeks. It is good to do the same exercises for a certain amount of time so you can focus on increasing your weight or reps for that exercise, but doing those same workouts & exercises for too long will not be much of a stimulus on your body to adapt and grow from. You don't have to completley change your workouts up, but just doing some variations of exercises that you normally do should be enough of a new stimulus so your body can adapt and grow even quicker.⁣ ⁣ ⁣ I like to find a good balance of keeping my workouts variable to steer clear of accommodation, but also stable so I can implement that progressive overload and have improvements in specific exercises 🏋🏽‍♀️⁣ ⁣ ⁣ If you have been training for several years, it is normal to plateau... so don't be discouraged! In the beginning of your workout journey, it will be easier to see improvements even with lighter weight and low training time, and as you continue to train you will end up needing to put in a greater amount of work to see more improvement. Progress for sure takes time but if you have noticed a plateau for a while, try those things out and see if you notice a difference 💪🏼⁣ ⁣
